Acceptance
By downloading or using any Lumaru app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps.
License
Lumaru grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms.
In-app purchases
Some apps offer one-time purchases or subscriptions. All transactions are handled by Apple under their App Store terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or attempt to circumvent the apps' built-in protections. Don't use the apps in ways that violate applicable law.
Disclaimer
Lumaru apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're a small studio and we work hard to ship reliable software, but we can't guarantee the apps will be error-free or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumaru is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the apps.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
