An in-app purchase didn't unlock.

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will re-sync your purchases with the App Store. If that doesn't work, contact us below.

The app is crashing or freezing.

Make sure you're running the latest version of the app and iOS. If the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app — your purchases will be restored automatically via the App Store.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

My game progress was lost.

Game progress is saved locally on your device. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, local data may not carry over. We're working on cloud save support for future updates.
