An in-app purchase didn't unlock

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This re-syncs your purchases with the App Store. If it still doesn't take, email us below.

The app is crashing or freezing

Make sure you're on the latest version of the app and iOS. If it persists, delete and reinstall — your purchases restore automatically through the App Store.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

My game progress was lost

Game progress is saved locally. If you reinstalled or switched devices, local data may not carry over. Cloud save is on the roadmap.
